Just a quick Hello to the group

I'm Bob Smith in Reno,nv Im a 3rd generation driver been on the road longer than I care to remeber and now trying to get started as a freight agent.

I have a broker that was willing to take a shot with me , But I have only one problem LOL  I need to build customers and I need a hint on how to get past that mental block of cold calling, I have no problem with face to face but freeze on the phone  any hints?
