Digitron Transport setup with FactorLoads and factored for several months before we began to have problems collecting the Digitron Transport invoices. Turns out Digitron Transport was taking the loads under Digitron Transport then giving them to a DBA of theirs called Hoosier Freight Forwarding and getting other carriers to haul the loads. The carriers would invoice Hoosier and Hoosier would give the bills to Digitron Transport who would then factor the invoices with FactorLoads. The carriers that did the loads invoiced the shippers and intercepted our monies. We were able to offset the losses by getting some legitimate Digitron Transport invoices to deduct from. It was a near miss, beware.
