Hoosier Freight Forwarding is simply a DBA for a trucking company named Digitron Transport. FactorLoads was factoring for Digitron Transport. Digitron has a DBA of Hoosier Freight Forwarding. Digitron was getting the loads from the customer and giving them to Hoosier Freight Forwarding. Hoosier Freight Forwarding would then contract with another carrier to haul the load. The carrier would invoice Hoosier Freight Forwarding and Hoosier Freight Forwarding would give the bills to Digitron to factor. FactorLoads would then pay Digitron for the load believing they were the carrier that hauled the load. FactorLoads didn't get paid on quite a few loads because Hoosier Freight Forwarding wasn't paying the carriers and they invoiced the shipper, intercepting our money. We ended up coming out okay by offsetting with other bills but beware.
